Travelers 🧳 Adventure Seekers 🏄 and Salty Souls 🌊 On an Endless Trip Around The World 🌎. ⁣
  • This is what happens when the view isn’t confined to your cabin window… it becomes the entire Alaska luxury cruise experience.

That’s what made our private yacht charter aboard the Sea Mist with @AlaskanLuxuryCruises so unforgettable.

Instead of booking a traditional luxury room just to admire the scenery for a few minutes each morning, this entire Southeast Alaska journey became our front-row seat to the Last Frontier’s wildest beauty. Every morning coffee came with private glacier views. Every evening cocktail was served against a backdrop of untouched wilderness. Every gourmet meal felt like fine dining inside a moving postcard.

And unlike a massive commercial cruise, this wasn’t about watching the Alaskan coastline pass by from a distance. It was about private, fully immersive Alaska bucket list experiences you can’t get anywhere else:

    •    🦀 Pulling fresh crab pots straight from icy Alaskan waters.

    •    🏔️ Exploring ancient glaciers up close on exclusive excursions.

    •    🐋 Watching humpback whales surface just feet from our boat.

    •    🌲 Venturing into the most remote corners of  Southeast Alaska that larger cruise ships will never reach.

This is luxury Alaska travel redefined — not just where you sleep, but how you experience every single moment on a small ship cruise.

Why settle for a room with a view when your entire vacation can be the view?

✨ Save this for your ultimate Alaska bucket list and send it to the person you’d book this luxury adventure with!

  • Time is currency, spend it somewhere that actually matters.

We just got back from South East Alaska with @alaskanluxurycruises and honestly? This one broke our brains a little — in the best way.

Wild coastlines, bucket list moments, and some of the most untouched landscapes on the planet — it’s the kind of trip that reminds you why you started traveling in the first place.

Here’s the travel math: if it turns a normal day into a memory you’ll carry for the rest of your life — it was never an expense. It was the whole point. Experiences like this don’t cost you. They pay you back in ways a spreadsheet could never measure.

Alaska is calling. What are you waiting for?

  • POV: your camera just unlocked Matrix mode. ⚡️

The Bullet Time mode on the Insta360 X5 makes every single moment feel cinematic — spinning 360° slow motion shots in crisp 5.7K that look straight out of a movie. 🎥🔥

We had entirely way too much fun once we started experimenting with it. Just spin, shoot, and let the X5 do its thing. 🎥⚡️

We’ve used a lot of different camera gear, but this thing is easily the most fun travel camera we’ve packed in a long time. Since it’s a full 360 camera, you don’t even have to look at what you’re shooting. You just capture everything and mess with the angles later when you edit. It’s so easy!

Drop any questions if you’re curious how it works! 👇

  • Growing up is just an adventure anyway, right? Things are about to get a whole lot crazier (and infinitely better) around here.

We are so stoked to be adding a tiny new adventure buddy to our crew this September. We absolutely cannot wait to show our little dude this big, beautiful world—to catch sunsets in new corners of the globe, introduce them to strangers who will become friends, and learn to see the world all over again through their eyes.

The ultimate bucket list journey begins this fall. 🌊🤍

  • Let’s settle the ultimate internet travel debate once and for all. When it comes to luggage, how are you packing?

✈️ Team Carry-On Only or are we checking a bag?

We try to stay minimal for short trips, because there’s nothing worse than coming home with six unworn outfits. And let’s be real—absolutely NO ONE notices when you wear the same outfit twice.
But when you’re dealing with full-time adventure travel, things get complicated. Bouncing between completely different climates and countries in the same month is a whole different beast.

Like when we went from the Sahara Desert in Morocco straight to the frozen Arctic tundra of Svalbard (literally the northernmost inhabited town in the world)—there was just no universe where one tiny carry-on was surviving that itinerary. 🥾❄️

Which brings us to our one hard rule: medium travel bags only. Large bags are impossible to fit on trains, and even worse on cobblestones. We may not always be ultra minimalists but we do have our limits!

So, curious where everyone falls with this... are you packing light or checking it all? Let’s chat in the comments!

  • 💾 Save this for your next long-haul! ✈️

Electronics: Noise-cancelling headphones = game changer. Block out cabin noise, sleep better, 100% worth the extra bulk. Pair with a Bluetooth adapter and watch the in-flight movie cord-free—luxury unlocked. Digital downloads and a @amazonkindle ? Lifesavers when your seat back screen is broken and the flight is full. It’s happened and it’s not fun!

Comfort: Warm, comfy layers are your friend. Flights are either freezing or sauna-hot, so breathable layers are key. Our go-to: @vuoriclothing performance jogger set for me and @lululemon ease the day hoodie for DJ, plus @darntoughvermont socks and easy on off sandals @chacofootwear are our all time favorites- bathroom runs made easy, socks-and-sandals accepted 🤣. Travel pillows? We’ve tried them all, we’re currently rocking @cabeaucomfort (discount code for 20% off: Wild20) — skip for <6 hr flights, but they’re clutch for long hauls.

Hygiene: Nothing worse than landing feeling like a gremlin. Lotion + chapstick (@burtsbees ) = cabin air defense. Hand sanitizer = your new best friend next to the cougher. Quick toothbrush + toothpaste tab = zero-space freshness. @dudewipes = full-body, sensitive bits included, because that funk is real.

Health: Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Airplane cabins are basically deserts at 35,000 ft — humidity can drop as low as 10–20%, way drier than the Sahara. That means your body loses water faster, so a good water bottle (@lifestraw ) is a must. Add electrolytes (@drinklmnt ) to replace lost salts, healthy snacks (@kindlingsnacks @rxbar to keep energy up, and a mini first-aid kit for little emergencies — you’ll land feeling fueled, refreshed, and way less like a shriveled raisin.

If you want our whole list in one easy to shop collection comment, “Survival” and we’ll send you the link.
